I wanted to create this graphic to help families understand the American Pediatric Association treatment recommendations for ADHD, and how the ADHD Dude methodology follows and expands upon those recommendations.

In addition to following the American Pediatric Association (APA) treatment guidelines, this model is based on the premise that the most cost and time-effective ADHD treatment focuses on parents, not kids because parents need to create the “scaffolding” to help their child improve his/her skills.

If you’re thinking to yourself “I never heard this, my (pediatrician, school counselor, psychiatrist, etc.) did not provide these recommendations.” please know that most professionals are not familiar with the APA treatment recommendations.

The ADHD Dude membership site will provide parents with a “one stop shop” to utilize this treatment model, at their own pace, on their own time for a very low monthly fee. The membership site is the first program designed specifically for parents of kids with ADHD. Membership will include monthly “office hours” where I will address questions and provide information that is only available for members.
